It all begins with an idea. The most important factor in a project renovation takes place before a hammer is even lifted. The thoughtful and purposeful planning and design of your new space with your desires and necessities in mind. You will work with our expert designer to create a memorable, functional and inspiring space of your own.
We offer space planning and design only services, complete project renovations, and design with cabinetry purchases. During the design processes you will be able to visualize your new space with our dimensional computer renderings.
Our Products.
A by appointment scheduled visit to the studio will provide a source for all of your project needed selections. You will be able to choose from a range of LVT, LVP, hardwood, engineered wood, and porcelain flooring materials. Cabinet hardware, plumbing fixtures, mosaic tile, wall tile and countertop materials. We offer affordable all plywood quick ship cabinetry and fully custom cabinet options to meet the needs for all budgets.
DESIGN ONLY SPACE PLANNING.
A design only option is ideal for those who have a source for installation and materials. Possibly building a new home, but you would like expert design assistance to plan your kitchen, bathroom, laundry room etc. A series of in home or in studio meetings will take place for idea planning and presentation of designs. Once the design process is complete you will receive a copy of the technical floor plan, elevations with measurements, custom notes if applicable and renderings.
Space planning design fees are based on project size and complexity.
COMPLETE RENOVATION.
If you do not have a dependable contractor source, no problem. We can coordinate your project design, material and installation for you in collaboration with either our PA or MD preferred licensed contractors. The designer will be your point of contact throughout the entire project from design to installation. This will allow you peace of mind and a smooth transition and completion of your desired project. Every aspect of the project will be scheduled and taken care of by our team.
Complimentary design services are offered with complete renovation projects.
DESIGN & MATERIAL.
A design and material option allows those who already have a contractor in mind or plan to tackle the project themselves, the opportunity to work with a professional designer for preplanning. You will meet at the studio with our designer to get creative with materials and build your project palette by selecting all that is needed. Once the design process is complete you will receive a copy of the technical floor plans, elevations with measurements, custom installation notes where necessary, and renderings for your contractor or you to reference during installation. We will schedule delivery of all your selected materials directly to your project location.

FOR CONTRACORS.
Missing that extra element of professional space development and design that large companies offer? Or looking to supply your clients with higher quality products rather than what sits on the shelves at the large box stores? We want you to allow us to make the process seamless for your installation and fun for your clients. We provide a site visit to your clients home for an initial project consultation. Your clients get to work with a professional kitchen and bath designer in studio to space plan and build the perfect project material selections for them. Once the design process is completed, you will be provided with detail floor plans, elevations with measurements, custom installation notes where necessary, and renderings to help guide you along the way of installing your clients space. We will deliver all purchased materials in coordination with your installation schedule and provide technical support along the way.
